Cold / flu before BFP?

I did a FRER yesterday as AF due today (no sign) and it was negative. Been loaded with the cold for two days now, have heard this is v common for people to get hit with cold and then get BFP. Anyone else had this? Trying not to get my hopes up!

Last month I had flu symptoms and was loaded with the cold right before AF was due and sorry to say it was a BFN. I was the same as you and thought perhaps it was a sign! Fingers crossed it’s a symptom for you though.

I’ve heard people can have cold symptoms as a sign! I think being ill can delay your period though. Fingers crossed it’s good news.
