Soy isoflavones

I’ve started taking soy (doing cd 5-9). I do ovulate as I’ve had pains on some cycles and confirmed by temping.
What dosage should I take and on which says? I have the 50mg tablets so took 100mg last night.

@Chanel05 ive bern toyin with idea of taking soya just a heads up tho ive bern warned by other ppl to be careful as it can mess up your cycles if your regular x

They say it's about half the strength of clomid. I think 100mg sounds about right if you do normally ovulate already. (50mg is the starting dose for clomid).

I remember popping them like candies way back when I tried them - but the ones I was using were 12.5 mg. I'd wait and see how this cycle goes on 100mg to be honest. Isoflavins can mess with your cycle, so the smallest effective dose is the best dose.

Af came today so I have decided to try these this month. Where are you getting them from? Can't find them on the Holland and barrett website and on Amazon they are so confusing, some are 750mg 😳

😂 I have literally just brought these exact ones! Being delivered this evening which is great. On Cd1 today so just trying to decide whether to start on cd2 or 3.
