Upset stomach before BFP?

So this is weird...I'm about 6dpo and this morning had an upset stomach. This is weird for me because I'm always on the constipated side and have been even worse since my laparoscopy 2 months ago!

Haven't eaten anything off and my DH says he's fine so thought I'd ask?

Way too early to show any signs. Sounds like symptom spotting. Could be any reason for an upset tummy. Foods you think are fine, may have not been, which could cause an upset tummy.
