Is this implantation bleeding?

Desperately looking for advice 2 days ago during the most inconvenient time I got brown discharge thinking it was my period come early I put a tampon in only for nothing else to come out that night or the next day due AF today but last night had cramping and very light bleeding was pink/brown sure it was my period comming last night I put in a tampon but again nothing else came out ... Anyone else had this ? Trying not to get my hopes up but I’ve never experienced this before normally my period is bang on time or a day early I have also been experiencing cramping the last two weeks similar to what I had in my first pregnancy/sore nipples/gas 🙈 being ravenously hungry & feeling exhausted. TIA x

It’s definately possible although annoyingly, a/f symptoms can be really similar to pregnancy symptoms.
Only one way to find out. Get yourself a pink test for today. Fingers crossed!
