No not after three months. I got pregnant when my twins were three months and I was exclusively breastfeeding.

Pretty sure because I tested negative before my positive . So there was no left over hcg. I didn’t have a section though.
I’ll be honest I cried for about three months but once he ds was born it was actually fine. I love the close age gap between the three of them.
