Any tips for bringing ovulation date forward?

I ovulate on cd18 which feels very late! My lp changes and lasts between 11-14 days. Does anyone have any tried and tested methods that have made ovulation earlier in your cycle?

Googling suggests it’s only a problem if your luteal phase is shorter than ten days?

Not worried about lp, my doctor told me it doesn’t matter when it changes by a couple of days, just would ideally like ovulation to be sooner in cycle.

It might just be coincidence but mine has become more regular since starting trying to conceive vitamins. It’s more CD16 instead of going into the 20s.

Soy isoflavones can bring your ovulation date forward and also help with conception.
