When your AF was due 3 days ago and you thought this month might just be THE month.. then you wake up with a migraine from hell & cramps 🤢 AF defo knows how to arrive with a bang. Couldn't even face going into work. I've just been eating ice cream and crying with a hot water bottle 😩

It’s the fucking worst

Have a hug from me, run yourself a warm bath and eat as much ice cream as you want to.

A special highlight for me was a romantic break away over NYE one year, I was temping and it was all looking good, AF was late, we were somewhere gorgeous feeling super optimistic after a shitter of a year and then I woke up cramping and AF had arrived with a vengeance and we had to swap shagging plans for a sob and a cuddle on the sofa.
