Success stories with norethisterone?

Hi everyone! First post here so sorry if I’m in the wrong place
Just wondering if anyone had any helpful or successful stories after using norethisterone?
I came off the pill last March, had 1 withdrawal bleed and 1 Period in September (100 day cycle!) .. after not having another one since dr prescribed me norethisterone to try and kick start everything. I’ve finished the course and just had a bleed (if you can call it that as it only lasted 3 days and was really light). Fingers crossed this gets my body back to normal as I’m really hoping to get pregnant soon!

Any help or advice would be amazing

I was on it in November for a while to try and regulate my cycles (after a failed IVF, AF was coming every two weeks). It reset my cycle and I got pregnant the next cycle. I do think it was more luck than anything but given I can't have been ovulating properly before then, it obviously did make a difference. Wishing you luck!
