Hello,

I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light or share their experiences to try and help me figure out what's going on!

I have fairly regular irregular periods, which might sound weird but my are cycles are regularly between 32-36 days... regularly irregular! BUT I'm currently on CD 44 and nothing, no signs of AF, negative HPT (Superdrug) on CD 42.

I experienced some light spotting on CD 12, 13, 28, 29 and 30 but nothing more and the spotting was extremely light, it's not uncommon for me to experience spotting in the days before and after AF but very rarely do I get spotting in mid cycle.

I do not chart but I'm estimating ovulation to have taken place between CD 27-29 based on EWCM.

I've had no cramping, which is unusual especially when AF is due, but I have had strange sharp breast pain for the last three weeks and constant bloating, both very unusual for me. I usually get breast pain and swelling before AF and while my breasts are slightly swollen and tender they are usually much more tender pre AF.

I have also been experiencing extreme fatigue over the last couple of weeks but this has eased off slightly over the last two days. I am also experiencing small amounts of EWCM, which is very unusual for me as I only tend to get it around ovulation.

My thyroid is fine, iron levels within normal range, prolactin is slightly elevated but has been for the last few months but as of yet has had no obvious affect on my cycles. I don't have PCOS or any other known gynae/fertility issues.

Advice, experience and suggestions welcome! Do you think I could be pregnant or are my hormones just out of whack? I'm in my mid-twenties so I would assume that everything should be in order but clearly something is up...

Thanks in advance x
