TW: miscarriage - advice on recurrent miscarriage testing sought

Hi all

Not sure where best to post this - initially posted in the pregnancy loss thread but hoping there's more traffic here.

After three miscarriages (12 week scan mmc of 10 weeks fetus, 5 weeks and 11 week scan mmc of 8 week fetus) in 2018 I've been referred to the recurrent miscarriage consultant. The appointment isn't until April and so wondering what we can be doing in the mean time. I can't just sit here and wait another 4 months and then potentially another 6-8 weeks for the results.

I've got an appointment with my GP tomorrow morning. Are there any questions or tests I could be asking her for like the blood clotting or hormone/blood work that they might do before the consultant sees me?

I just need to feel like I'm doing something so would be grateful if anyone can share the tests the RMC did for them or anything they managed to get from the GP?

Thanks
