Met up with an old FWB ( due to my home situation full time carer )in December and didn't think to much of it until I started having some cramping pains but just thought it was nothing waited for my period this month and it is always on time but I started to bleed very light on the 3rd Jan and a little on the 4th then stopped and my period is usually at least 4 days and heavy any help and advice please
