Have I missed peak! Plz help!

I am new to this but have seen that previous threads have helped others out, so here is my cry for help!
I have been using CB opk and got high for 5days. However on cd17 I didn’t do a opk first thing in the morning, like I normally do, and instead tested at 1.30pm and got a flashing smiley. 5 flashing smileys now... Have attached a pic of that stick which is the darkest of all my sticks to date.we have dtd every other day and I feel that because we dtd at night this may be affecting my temp in the morn?
My app says I should ovulate (cd21) now but it was wrong last month as the last 2 cycles I have ovulated at day 17. So I am still doing the opk and temp but getting flashing smile and temp hasn’t picked up my ovulation. I am scared that I have missed my peak that morning! Do you think that is possible? I am still doing cb opk but 5th day of flashing smile and the line is just faint now. I feel like I’m going mad
If I have peaked and missed it why am I still getting flashing smile, shall I carry on?
Am I wasting my money and time? Any help would be really appreciated. Sending you all lots of prayers and baby dust xx

If you’re DTD every other day then you’re doing enough. Remember that sperm lives in the fallopian tubes for up to 5 days. Have you ever watched The Great Sperm Race? It really helped me to understand the process of conception.

Another point to note is that yes, imo you are wasting money on clear blue. I was an OPK addict too, but I used the cheap ones from amazon and they were so easy to use. The pregnancy tests on there are ideal as well. You don’t need smiley faces! They are a gimmick.

Thanks for the reply MeOldChina. It is driving me mad tbh. I have tried to attach a pic of the stick for 1.30pm on cd17. It is the strongest I've seen it. Thought temping would pick up on it but it hasn't. Do you think dtd would b the reason my temp has fluctuated hence me not seeing ovulation? Hope you are right xx
