Am 40 nearly 41, DH 45. We’d stopped contraception to see what happens but not actively TTC. Today is day 29 of cycle so did a test, have a cold so thought it was that. Only had sex twice last cycle.

Been drinking like a fish and not taking any vitamins. Panicking like mad now.
