BFP and bleeding at 10DPO

God today has been a whirlwind.

Got a BFP this morning on FRER and very excited! Had mild cramps all morning and now bleeding. It's light and brown, I'm not sure whether I'm having a CP or whether it's just implantation bleeding - would I have got a positive if it were implantation bleeding?

So confused.

I know it’s hard not to worry, but I had bleeding with my son and he’s now a 19 month old, running around! Bleeding can be an absolutely normal part of pregnancy.
