Could I be pregnant?

I've recently had a miscarriage/blighted ovum. I started bleeding at 8 weeks and went for a scan to discover there was only an empty sack. That was over 3 weeks ago and I am still bleeding and haven't passed everything yet, according to the scan I had on Monday. I have been given meds to aid this but it doesn't seem to be making much difference as my bleeding has pretty much stopped. The nurse at the hospital did say it was just come away by itself during my next periods and I am due to be scanned again on Monday to check progress.
However I have been feel increasingly sick during the mornings, which I wasn't feeling prior to the miscarriage. Could I be pregnant again already? Even if everything hasn't passed?
My partner and I had sex jus prior to my bleeding starting(3 weeks ago) and once last week when I thought my bleeding had stopped.
I know hormones can be cruel and that could be causing me feeling sick, but I wasn't feeling this sick prior to the miscarriage and if the levels are supposedly decreasing surely the sickness would also?

I'd request another scan just to see what's going on. Tell your gp that it's causing you stress and you'd like to know what's happening for your own peace of mind xx

I'm booked in Monday for another scan at EPU

So sorry to hear of your miscarriage. Thanks

I think it's difficult to tell whether you are pregnant and as you said hormones do all sorts to the body. Try to put it at the back of your mind till your appointment on Monday.

I'm probably just trying to convince myself I am, there's nothing I can do at the moment other than wait. Even if I do a test and it's positive it could just be hormones that haven't gone yet.
