I am in my last year of the implant. I came off my period about 12 days ago and for the past few days I have been having cramps, sore boobs and have been more tired than usual. I went to the toilet before and when I wiped I noticed clear stringy/watery discharge with light pink blood (sorry for TMI) Just wondering if anyone could help me, thanks

@Elpg123 iv just had my implant removed because we are TTC but if i wasn't planning to TTC i would of removed it and gone on something different anyway, the last 6 months of my implant every month i had sore breasts VERY sensitive nipples, cramping, CM, sometimes had a period sometimes I didn't! This could last anywhere from 5 days - 3 weeks! Since iv had it removed i look slimmer because i didn't even realise that i was severely bloated constantly from all the hormones. 1 month i had a really heavy period i was even throwing up and had a constant migraine for 3 days... my GP said it was my implant, this was after 18 months of being fine with it!

I know this probably sounds like me just moaning to you but what I'm trying to say is the implant can really f*ck up your hormones and body !!

Thanks for replying, I’m getting so fed up of it lately it’s messing my body up and turning me into a horrible person

@Elpg123 honestly i feel like a different person, I even felt like I might have cancer because i got pains on the inside of my vagina and got lumps in my breast which I had to go to the breast clinic for to have scans and was hormonal build up every time so it really isn't good for your body at all.

It’s awful isn’t it, constantly spotty and moody I never was before I got it and just haven’t felt myself since it. By the looks of things I’m having another period even though I only came off 12 days ago. Definitely going to have it removed

@Elpg123 i didn't have spots i had BOILS on my face it was horrendous !!
