Am currently 7dpo & trying to wait until at least 10dpo to test. I have an array of kit waiting for me and avoiding the temptation is difficult as I am housebound potty training DS

Anyway I had a mmc in November and this is our first stab at it since then. We DTD 6 times in my fertile window so I have high hopes. This is not helping me control my expectations! Tell me I'm not alone!

Potty training is a distraction but the mind wanders

You are not alone! I'm 10dpo on first cycle and resisting every temptation to test until sat/sun. We dtd 6 times over my fertile week aswell and every day I go between telling myself I'm pregnant and changing my mind 1000x. Thankfully I'm at work today & tomorrow to try and take my mind off but this whole ttc business is just all consuming!

Try to think of it as peeing on a five pound note when you test too early, as that’s exactly what you’re doing! I didn’t get my BFP until 13DPO and even then it was a faint line. Darkened at 14DPO the following morning. It’s just another week to wait, you can do it!!

I have some ICs at home so only seeing on a few pence but I just know they will be negative so trying to keep myself from doing it. With DS I didn't get a positive til 13dpo either so not really worth doing it early.

Ah @boodles101 good luck to you. We can do this. I'd like to say work is a good distraction but from experience I know that's a lie! Let's hold hands thru the next few days

@boodles101 I got my bfp with DS at 13 dpo also. I have a clearblue Frer and loads of ICs too so I am tempted at 10 dpo with the clearblue. If not I'm going to go again at 13.

buttontum my work is totally not a distraction either, hence sitting on mumsnet! I'll be testing Sunday on 13dpo we can do this!!

I’m 7dpo too! Did a cheap test this morning for some reason lol and was obviously a bfn. I felt guilty as my husband wanted to be there while I tested and I knew it would be negative as it’s far too early lol.

I didn't get my positive until I was 10 days late for af.
7dpo is highly unlikely to show anything at all so try and distract yourself :)

BFN on a FRER this morning at 10 dpo. I'll test again on Tuesday. Anyone else?

BFN on an ultra-sensitive IC at 9DPO here, OP. I tested yesterday too, and even did an OPK at 7DPO just in case peeing on something made me feel better .

Do you have any symptoms? I’ve not other than really sore boobs but that’s a normal AF symptom for me.

I caved yesterday and got bfp on a frer at 12dpo.

@Fortheloveofscience I thought I had sore boobs but that's gone now. Very tired but that's normal for me.

I'll start the TWW on the 11th. But because I'm now technically in my fertile period and DTD to try and give this month the best chance.. I'm going to be symptom spotting like crazy and trying not to POAS from today. Fully stocked on internet cheapies and a couple of frer for when I'm feeling positive for my positive!

14 dpo and no period (3 days late). BFN yesterday.

Appreciate I am banging on a bit here, but am I out? Is my period just being a dick and waiting to strike?
