Where'd my ovulation go?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to using ovulation stick so sorry if this is a silly question.

My app says that I should
Ovulate tomorrow and when I did a test yesterday I had a line but not super dark. I've done a stick today (twice) and there nothing?

I was expecting to get a darker line?

It's possible you've missed the surge. After a positive opk you usually ovulate between 12-36 hours later. Do you track your cm?

Oh no that's annoying if I have.

I don't how would I track it, do I need to buy something for it?

No, you can just check when you go to the toilet and wipe. Some people will manually check with a finger but I haven't. Egg White is the most fertile - literally looks like raw egg. If its creamy / lotion like that's usually after you've ovulated. I usually get the egg White a few days before I ovulate but nothing on the actual day of ovulation. You can use a free app like flo or ovia and enter it on there but they do take a couple of months to learn your cycle.
