blood tests

Hi can anyone tell me what my blood results mean please?
i am 41 and already had 3 miscarriages and after my last miscarriage 9 months ago im struggling to conceive so got some blood tests done but im not sure if they are good or not?
they were done on day 3 of my 28 day cycle
oestradiol 225pmol
fsh 7.3 iul
LH 4.1 iul

progesterone on day 21 was 23.6
for last 4 months i have never got a positive on a ovulation stick,so wondering if i not ovulating properly,any help but be great,thanks .

Decent egg reserves. Blood work not indicative of pcos. Low progesterone/ possibly didn't ovulate I'd taken 7 days before af arrived.

Thanks for replying,i have just been searching the internet trying to work out the estradiol numbers and im now worried that mine is high and artificially supressing my fsh to look like a normal level?
hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and tell me im wrong and to stay off google!!

Hopefully!! I've never had estradiol tested myself, so cant help with that one!!
