Do you monitor your ovulation?

I'd agree with tracking ovulation if you're not already. Also, we tried preseed (sperm friendly lube) and got bfp first month using it. Obviously it could just be a huge coincidence but I'd defo has again if ttc.

Good luck xz

Hi
Get to know your cycle and your body changes.
We had to do IVF in the end but I learnt a lot - although we never got obsessive.
The hardest thing is trying to relax and not wishing the time away!

We had 3 failed, then the last one worked. YAY - just we have the 12 week scan next week!

I always took folic acid or a multi vit that had it in.

However on the last go where we got pregnant I also took vitamin D 10ug daily. I stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine approx 6 weeks before our transfer.

The main thing we did was acupuncture, they encourage the blood flow to the important areas and can look at your tongue and advise diet and will ask about how your bleed, how long and period pain.... mine was a "bump" acupuncture practitioner.
Certain period pain in areas can indicate stagnant or sticky blood.

Also remember our egg only lives a short time so timing is important. However it takes two to tango so your partner must look after himself as well!!!

Hope this help xx
