Does anyone else ovulate early? I have a regular 28 day cycle (due jan 6th). I'm on my second cycle and first month using opk ttc#5 I got my static on cd11 this month.

Yes! I'm exactly the same, 28 day cycle and usually ovulate on day 10 or 11. No idea if it causes a problem though!

This is my second cycle ttc #5. Got my usual spots so I'm out this time so I'm wishing away the next week until af arrives so I cant start again.

You can ovulate up to 72 hours after the surge. Additionally, it's possible to surge more than once in a cycle. So it wouldn't be weird to get a positive cd 10, ov cd 13 and then start af cd28/ cd1... making a 14 day luteal phase.

Thanks for that @physickate I'm so clueless about these things despite having 4 children.

Keep tracking- it made no sense to me til I started vaguely tracking (not OPK just period & DTD dates really) as we started TTC. I didn't realise I was ovulating early, despite having 27 day cycles, til after 2 months of 'perfectly timed' DTD yielded nothing but a one off on CD10 gave me a BFP. To the extent that my midwife calculated my due date then they took 5 days off it on measurements at my 12 week scan (which made it exactly match what I thought).
