Please help!

Okay so, 2 weeks ago, I did a pregnancy test, and there was a very faint line (I've attached a photo) and this line came up near enough straight away. As the weeks have gone on, I've done another 7 tests all together to try and get some clarity!! 2 of them came back same as below, a faint positive, and the other 5 came back negative. However I have symptoms such as back ache, feeling sick, cramping (if that's the right word) I've completely missed my period now as I'm 4 days late, my boobs are starting to become sore too. I've read some stories that some people have posted saying they had a similar thing happen, and had bloods done and everything and still didn't get hcg detected on blood tests and didn't see anything until they had a scan and found out they were months along. But I've also ready stories about it may be a chemical? Please any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

I also have sore boobs (especially over the last few days!) some cravings, and over the last few days, my stomach has felt different if that makes any sense at all?

I got these results on 24th and 25th December (darkest one on 25th)
Ever since then every single test I’ve done is a BFN but I have so many pregnancy symptoms!

I'd say chemical. False negatives are very rare. Five in a row I can't see happening.

@festivenut I thought mine must be a chemical but still no bleeding and to have a chemical pregnancy u have to bleed.
I’ve read up on an unbelievable amount of people who don’t test positive on Hcg Tests u til months into their pregnancy as their HCG levels are so low! Even blood tests haven’t detected the levels

@Broodyaf I've read that too! I haven't had any bleeding at all what so every not even spotting, and have so many pregnancy symptoms!

That is the exact same as me. 2 faint positives (so similar the photos could be the same-they are on broodys thread) then I’ve lost count of how many negatives. I’m 8 days late now and no sign of AF. I wish I had something helpful to offer but me and broody are both feeling lost too.

Me either. A few days ago when I 1st started testing negative I read up and was sure I was having a chemical but still not a drop of blood and here is all the symptoms I have:
Swollen, sore, very being boobs, nausea, a lump in my throat (like a tablet is stuck in it) & keep swallowing to try and get rid of it, mild headaches, fatigue, bloated, small bit of back ache, watery discharge, and after I eat my tummy/gut makes the loudest rumbles/growls which it never done before.
Surely I can’t be imagining ALL of these?
I keep poking my boobs thinking “are they really sore or am I imagining it?” 😂

I feel like I’ve been chattin to Vickster for weeks about all this 🙈
It’s so horrible being in the land of the unknown. If we got another BFP or AF we’d know for definite 🤷‍♀️😡

@Broodyaf @TTCVickster I have the exact same symptoms as broodyaf!! Exactly the same! It's like the exact same thing is happening to us all, as well as being sore my boobs are really hard too! I don't know what's going on

@leigh2609 I don’t really know what to do with myself, I’m not drinking my DP is now adamant I’m not pregnant and is encouraging me to keep my hopes up for next month whilst I’m still not over the idea this month. I’m 8 days late now and have NEVER been late before.

This is such an emotional rollercoaster with more downs than ups! It’s bloody cruel. As hard it is for the men, they can walk away, we’re stuck with all these symptoms and not knowing what to make of them

@TTCVickster same! Only a couple of days here and there but I’ve never fully missed a period before, I called the doctor last week and got some advise, and they’ve booked me in with the midwife but I’ve got to wait for her to phone me and make an appointment, I don’t know what to do!

Interesting that they’ve booked you in with the midwife, how many positives did you have?

How come they booked u in with midwife last week if ur only 4 days late on ur period today? Have they just taken the positives as definites or what?

Hang on, hang on. Just read your OP again. Did you do the seven tests at the same time and two came back positive?

@Broodyaf @FestiveNut @TTCVickster this is why I'm so confused. That test in the photo, was the first positive, then over about a week/week and a half, that's when I did the seven, and out of those I got 2 positives and the rest negatives, my friend advised me to phone the doctor for some advise so I did and they referred me to the midwife, because they think that I am. I haven't heard anything off the midwife yet, this is why I'm so confused because everyone is saying different things! I just want it to be positive for definite :(

If you got them all at the same time that suggests either early pregnancy or early miscarriage. Are they the same type of test? Same urine sample?

@leigh2609 if they are referring you they obviously tbink there’s a good chance you might be so try to keep your hopes up. You could always give them a call if you don’t hear, I know people by me have had to do a lot of chasing of midwives.

I dont want to be accused of giving false hope, but dont give up yet. When my mum was carrying me, she had a similar scenario to yours. The dr told her it must be chemical...she did then have a bleed 3 weeks late so was upset but carried on with life. Her periods were always irregular so it wasnt uncommon for her to then not bleed for a couple of months. She only went back to the dr cause she developed a pigment line down her stomach - she was sent for a scan and found out she was weeks pregnant. Her pregnancy was really healthy except me giving her horrific heartburn from week 20 onwards, but throughout the entire pregnancy she never oncr had positive hcg.. rare but possible.

@FestiveNut no they weren't the same sample it was over a week and @Broodyaf @TTCVickster @Justanothernamechange2 Thankyou for the stories! It really is giving me hope, I'm just fingers crossed that it's positive, and fingers crossed for everybody else, let's hope we get our happy endings xx
