Broody at 38

Hi

I'm new here, I have 2 boys aged 5 and 7, had the Mirena removed about a month ago after 5 years. Now I am very broody and we feel it's decision time about #3. Dh was in favour of another one and I wasn't , now that I'm off the Mirena my hormones/heart are ruling instead of my head and I want another but dh isn't sure!!

Anyone here conceived after the Mirena and at a similar age to me?

I bled straight away after having it removed for about a week, and 1st AF (is that the right abbreviation for period?) has happened 20 days after. we're not trying at the moment as I want my body to get back to normal(if that's possible after 2 children)

Hi debinaustria, good luck with your decision. I can't help directly but can say

1. I have ds9, dd6,dd5 and love having 3 children, always wanted to, last born when I was 36.

2. Had Mirena removed last year (after 2 years use) when I was 40 and my periods came back as regular as ever.
