I've been ttc #2 for just over a year, DC 1 was conceived on the 1st cycle so we thought second time would be the same, but unfortunately not. I havnt been tracking temps or using OPK but I think it's time....

I don't know where to start though, could anyone guide me on what thermometer to get? How/when do I use it?
Also opk, which one?

Just feeling a bit overwhelmed...thank you!

Sorry, I don't temp but I did buy a pack of cheap OPKs from amazon/eBay by OneStep who say they supply nhs etc.

Think I paid about a fiver for enough tests to last 2-3 months (depending how many you use per day). They come with instructions but you basically wee on them between 10am-8pm ish (I think) and if the test line is as dark or darker than the control line, ovulation is imminent-24hours away so get down to business 😆😉😉😉

I record all my opk tests in an app could Glow which predicts the day I ovulate and my window around the negative/positive results. Pretty sure you can enter your temps in the app too.
