Am I seeing things...?

Am I seeing things or is this really two lines? I'm not due on until the 1st. I don't even know what made me test I'm just on my break at work. The only thing I've noticed is pain when I sneeze or more suddenly in my lower abdomen.
I don't want to get my hopes up as my last two pregnancy were ectopic but I never got a positive this early! 😭 I feel all emotional
