Does body temperature always increase after conception and implantation have occurred? Or can you still feel cold?

I'm still cold at 29 weeks pregnant. The temp shift happens after ovulation (and then stays high if you've conceived). It's not a noticeable difference 0.3-0.6 degrees C.

And it's only your basal body temp (taken at the same time every morning upon waking after at least 4 hours uninterrupted sleep).
