I am due af on the 3rd and planning on doing. Frer in New Year’s Eve. Really want a bfp after a miscarriage at 11 weeks in September. I think I’m out this month though as since yesterday I’ve had a really sore throat 😢 x

Hi starlight I’m not sure really just feel that the sore throat which has now developed into runny nose and feeling all shivery can’t be a good sign. Since my miscarriage I try and not get my hopes up every month. X

Yes, that makes sense. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Hopefully you get a positive soon. I do not really feel like I'm pregnant this month either...but I guess time will tell.

It is due around the 30th give or take a day. I always spot 2-3 days before, so that helps indicate. Once I see spotting I know I am out...so far no spotting.

I have had no symptoms (of either pg or AF) so was starting to get my hopes up, oddly!

AF due on Saturday, and I would usually have a mega PMT crash a up to a week before, which just hasn't happened. But, this morning I had the start of what looks like the brown spotting I get just before AF's arrival so I'm expecting to come on bang on time on Saturday. I have a cheapie test to use on Sunday but think that will be staying in the box!

I found Christmas really hard surrounded by my family and all their kids. I overheard my aunt tell my mum that she's missing out not having grandchildren and I wanted to throttle her! I was dreading being asked the baby questions. Did anyone else manage to dodge the questionning??

@HelloBrass I didn't have any symptoms until 2 days ago and that was just tender nipples.

AF is due just after New Year.

This is also my first time trying though.

@helloBrass, omg how RUDE of your aunt. Poor your mother. I would be so annoyed...how can people say such stupid things!! Geez. Frustrating to get the brown spotting...if it does turn out to be aunt flow, just try again next month. Take your vitamins, etc and prepare your body for trying next month just in case. It is not easy during the holidays when you are actively trying, or waiting to find out!

Neverhadanickname, sorry to hear you are out. Enjoy the wine for us all, although, I have had quite a few wine nights the past week....impossible to not drink during the holidays...plus can't put life on hold every time there is a 2 ww.

I am very bloated. I am now wondering if I actually am pregnant. My belly is bloated enough that its popping out and I usually have a flat tummy. I do know after the first dc that stomach muscles loosen up...so easier to show when you bloat etc. I am wondering if this is early pregnancy bloat or just PMS!

How are you ladies? Anyone tested yet? I now have full blown cold and sore throat. Feel rubbish.

Starlight what you have said about not putting life on hold during the TWW, I’m trying to do the same as just driving myself mad every month x

I will admit I have tested early and obviously it was a negative, but I'd like to think it will turn into a BFP soon. I think I'm 11dpo and Flo thinks I'm 9dpo, but I'm a lot more relaxed than I was at the start of the 2WW.

Finger crossed for everyone though.

@Msluce I could have written that although flo says I'm 10dpo and I think I'm 8/9

I did an IC this morning, & it was a bfn. I'm 15dpo, & AF due tomorrow. I can feel it coming, so I'm convinced I'm out!

I tested this morning BFN. Im feeling low today. 2018 has been crap, and I’m dreading what would have been my due date in March for the baby I lost in September. Sorry for the rant. Best of luck to you all x

@Dramaqueen14 I feel you...my mat leave should have started last week due date would have been 25th Jan....I really wanted a BFP before then....will test in the morning but didn't get a static smiley so not hopeful....let's hope 2019 is luckier!! 😘

It’s so hard isn’t it. I had convinced myself I would get a BFP by the end of the year. So silly of me! I’m going to enjoy some 🥂🥂🥂 tonight. I really hope 2019 brings some good news for us x
