Pregnancy on the mirena coil?

I got the mirena coil about 12 weeks ago now after having my son in August. I had a 6 week check up and it was still in place.
I’ve been having every single pregnancy symptom I’ve had throughout 2 pregnancies!
I done a test 4 days ago and saw the faintest line but as I have awful line eyes I don’t trust the test.
Isit even possible to get pregnant with the coil still in place? Would pregnancy tests be accurate with the hormone coil? Isit normal to get numerous pregnancy symptoms with the coil? What shall I do now?!

It’s just over 99% effective so unlikely to be pregnant but of course nothing is 100% effective. In the first three months of starting a contraception you can expect some hormonal related symptoms, breast tenderness, irregular bleeding, bear in mind you haven’t had it long and your body will be adjusting to it, for your uterus it’s a foreign body so you may have tenderness etc. If you think you saw a line do another test
