ubiquinol Where from

I’ve read ubiquinol assists with fertility especially those over 40 - what have you used and where from.

Would like baby dust

We used ubiquinol that I found off a reputable seller on Amazon as I could only find coq10 in most shops or the ubiquinol was sooooo expensive in places like Holland and Barrett.

@bunhead34 Couldn't say for certain it was that specifically that helped as last cycle I also started accupuncture - but got my first bfp this cycle after 18 months of trying and currently 6wks pregnant 😊 so it's definitely worth a try! x

Thank you for your reply - I've ordered some going to take 200-300mg for the 1st 2 weeks then drop down to 100mg that seems to be the advise and carry on with the pregnacare, evening oil of primrose and vitamin B - come on BFP
