Drinking in the 2WW

It’s my Christmas do tonight but I’m in the 2WW... only 4dPO so no chance of checking early... I don’t usually drink much so this hasn’t been a problem so far but now I’m thinking what if?!

Yep! Drink moderately tonight as you can't put your life on hold every 2 weeks. I'm also around 4dpo and have a glass of wine in hand!

I'm on month 12 of ttc. During the two week wait I used to only have one glass a wine if our, but I've upped it to two now as I might be trying for years and missing out on lots of wine for no reason. I think just don't get shit faced.

I was trying and failing to find this info too. Hard over Christmas, isn't it!

The general advice seems to be to cut back. The only place I found to put a number on it said aim for 4-6 units a week. So I've had a drink or two on a couple of nights - but well spread out, generally with food, and not every night.
