Flashing Smile 10DPO

Hi All,

I’m new to this so please be kind.

My husband and I are TTC baby number 2 and are on our 2nd cycle since our miscarriage in May. I use Clearblue Advance OPK and Temp also know my cycles pretty well.
So this month I got my peak on 2/12/18 so I am around 9 or 10 dpo (also confirmed by temps).
Today I had a little clear CM so thought out of curiosity I will double check it’s not ovulation and I actually got a flashing smiley face. So decided to take a FRER which was negative.
Is anyone able to shed any light on this please.

I had this before. Apparently your body produces more estrogen before your period. Not sure if it does this also before pregnancy.

Hi I have had this too. The flashing smiley is detecting oestrogen surge and the static smiley is LH, I did an opk and got the flashing one about a day or 2 before I came on my period, I think you get an oestrogen surge just before. I've heard that if you're pregnant you would get a static smiley. I don't know for definite though, but I hope that helps.
