We've been talking about starting a family for a while and decided at the weekend to start TTC. DP has Crohn's though and I wondered if there's anything we need to know or do differently?
He's on azathioprine but switching to Humira soon. I've looked up some research on the effects on sperm morphology and motility but some of the results are contradictory so it's difficult to know what to believe. We're seeing his doctor next week so plan to tell her we're TTC. Is there anything we need to remember to ask at the appointment?
