I'm just interested in how long it took everyone to conceive! Or how long you have been trying? If you have any known fertility complications? 😊

I'm 25
Currently in TWW of cycle 2 TTC our first!
I have no fertility complications that I know of at the moment!
I am getting married in 6 months and yes I know I'm mad TTC now but I couldn't wait any longer! 😆

Fingers crossed for all of you ttc 😃

Hi OP, congratulations on the upcoming wedding!

I'm also 25 and married 6 months ago, I fell pregnant last September while we were engaged...we weren't really trying but also not preventing, I fell pregnant within first month. Unfortunately I mc that pregnancy at 6 weeks and we tried until the March to get pregnant again but had no luck and wanted to stop as we had the wedding in June.

Married in June, we tried from then until I had a chemical pregnancy last month and have just found out I'm pregnant again on Sunday with blazing positives and I'm continuing to get them so my fingers are crossed this is a sticky bean ☺️

I think as long as you're living a healthy lifestyle and doing what you can to encourage a pregnancy such as taking vitamins, healthy eating, having sex around your fertile window and tracking ovulation etc you should be in with a good shot. I constantly searched for an answer on how long it roughly took 25 year olds to fall pregnant and found that there wasn't one definite answer, I had read people falling pregnant in the first month, some taking over 2 years and I think it's just luck and how well you time things! I have friends who have fallen pregnant quickly and I beat myself up that it took me almost a year to conceive again but it's just one of those things.
Best thing to do would be make sure you and your husband to be are in best shape and taking all the necessary steps to prepare your bodies, maybe book in with your GP for a sort of MOT health check and make sure everything is fine and to make them aware you are ttc!

Best of luck to you both and I hope you have a fabulous wedding day x

Ps. Another thing I feel might have contributed to me falling pregnant was in the last 2-3 months we've been using conceive plus fertility lubricant round my fertile window...seems to have worked! 😆

Took us 15 months the first time.. but currently 10 weeks pregnant with number 2 after just 6 months which was a surprise after so long the first time!
@sazzle3 have you been to the doctor? First time round we went after a year and began tests (luckily happened before any treatment) but it really helped me knowing we might find out why and get help if needed x
