Been ttc since last August and then this August managed to conceive! Unfortunately had a very early miscarriage at 4/5 weeks :(
Been trying again but worried as I had a scan and found a have 2 fibroids and worrying this will impact fertility and also cause more chance of miscarriage
I’m 37 so feel time is running out

It really depends on exactly where they are and the size. I had a couple when TTC and the first ob/gyn I consulted wanted to take them out. I got a second opinion and the second doc said because of where they were they wouldn't be a problem. She was right, I didn't do anything about them and went on to have two successful pregnancies.

Has a doctor looked at the scan and suggested they'll be a problem?

I have a doc appointment booked in a few weeks to ask about it
Report said 2 intramural fibroids one is about 25mm and one about 15mm
Hopefully I’m just being paranoid!

Intramural fibroids are generally not an issue, and yours aren't large either. Problems come when they are very large, stealing blood supply. Or when they are submucosal (protrude into the uterine cavity).
