Finally got my period

Hey! So after waiting months for my period to arrive after I miscarried my period is finally here! We want to try again as soon as possible ! When would be the best time of ovulation to try again? I normally have a 28 day cycle .. but obviously I've been Abit irregular scince the miscarry...

Are you using opks or bbt to track your ovulation? As it's irregular this might be the best way so you don't miss it. Then dtd every other day before you ovulate and when you are.

Do you just use the app? Just in case, as they estimate when you ovulate and sometimes you might be dtd in the wrong time as some women ovulate early and others later than usual.

Normally use just the app but can never tell in myself when I'm ovulating that's why I use the app .. what are the signs of ovulation?

The app just give when a typical women in their cycle woudl ovulate so you might but might not. There are physical signslile ewcm and pains. But to predict it use opk strips from about CD7 or so and see when you get your surge. You'll hopefully ovulate 12-36 hours later. The only way to be certain at home really is to take your temperature.

Your cycle will probably be out of whack. I have a 34 ish day cycle. First cycle after mc was 50 days, second one was 30 days (missed ovulation as I never bought it would come early that month). Don't rely on apps, mine predicts my ovulation to be a week earlier than it actually is!
