I know we're all individual and as such everyone's cycles are individual.

But what's everyone's durations in regards to AF?!

When I was on the pill I would be heavy for 5 days minimum.

Since being off the pill I've had max 2 days heavy flow and then I'll have the occasional spotting for a few days.

I thought with the pill it should have had the opposite effect?

Nope! My periods are way shorter since going au natural! Prob 3 days (one of those just spotting) they are really short and manageable x

@thejollytrolleydolly ah okay. That makes me feel better.

Yeah I'm down to like 1-2 days full flow and then a few days of spotting.

I thought it was meant to be the other way around. Funny.

I wouldn't worry about it, just count your blessings!! 😁

Hey OP, mine is similar to yours after having my Mirena removed. Previously AF was medium heavy for 3-4 days then light for 1/2, now it's 2 heavy and few days light. I had Mirena for 5 years so I'm guessing body adjusting to it's natural self as well as getting older it's changed my usual cycle. Tbh it's better this way 😂

@CaramelCluster @thejollytrolleydolly oh yeah don't get me wrong I'm not moaning.

I just thought (I'm sure I'd heard) that the pill was meant to make your periods shorter not longer (as they're obviously forced). So since mine are dramatically different (in a good way) I just wanted some reassurance I guess that i wasn't alone 😊
