Accupuncture

Hi Lady's,
Have any of you tried fertility accupuncture to help you get pregnant? Any succes?
How long did it take?
We are trying for a year now and my cycles are irregular, I would like to hear your advice

I'm convinced it's a large part of the reason my first ivf cycle worked (statistically, I had about a 30% chance of success). I found it relaxing.

I started about 6 weeks before the ivf started, so not sure I would have become pregnant naturally with it...

I found a practitioner recommended by the Zita west website.

I've been ttc for a year and have been having regular acupuncture for 6 months and no luck yet. I'm reluctant to stop going as I do like it.

If you can find a specialised practitioner I think it's worth a shot

We took almost two years to conceive. Started Accupuncture halfway through a cycle (on recommendation but I was sceptical at the time so was doing it as something to feel as though I was doing something IYSWIM whilst waiting for the time I could be referred for NHS fertility assessments) and fell pg the next cycle. Currently 32 weeks.

Thank You all, there is specialist in my area in Ireland, cost 65e per session, I was just thinking is it worth the money, even reviews are great...I'm willing to try anything at this stage

Hi @Felisha, thanks for asking. Not great to be honest. Started fertility tests and a scan has shown lots of fibroids which are possibly blocking my tubes. I've not got accupuncture until early January but I will have a chat with her about it then. I'm thinking of perhaps trying reflexology.

When are you going back for another session?
