Hey Everyone,

Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for the last 3 months. He already has 2 children from a previously relationship, so this will be my first.

My periods are like clockwork, I always know when I'm due and how long it will last. Every period is always 2 days of very light spotting and then 2 full days of heavy bleeding. This is completely normal for me and has never been different, until this month. I had a couple of days of light spotting as usual, but I had one day of brighter red blood and then it completely stopped. I have had cramps in that region since and slight twinges every now and again.

Is this just a regular period do you think but different to normal? I feel so silly overthinking things all the time!

Probably just a wonky period (I think our bodies like to do this as soon as we decide to ttc), but you never know - if you think it could have been implantation bleeding then take a test to put your mind at rest.

@blondemother - I'm in two minds about the test, I don't want to be disappointed! Haha xx
