Am I not ovulating?

Hey all.
I'm looking for a little advice, I came off of the depo shot in June 2017 and swapped to the pill, which I stopped taking in March 2018. Periods returned in May, and I have been doing Clearblue digital OPKs since July and always get a flashing smiley for 4/5 days when I should ovulate, but I never get a static and now I'm worrying I'm not ovulating.

Has anyone got any ideas before I give up and go see my GP?

Thank you in advance, any support or advice is really appreciated

Peoni

Maybe try bbt temping before going to the gp. It will give you a clear rise if you are ovulating. Sometimes the spike in hormones can be so quick you might miss it using opks. Good luck.

@LillyLeaf thank you! I shall do some googling to check it out. Smile

For what it's worth, I have never got a positive on an opk, not even a hint of one when testing 2 times a day. But I have managed to conceive twice. They are not totally reliable and every woman will be different.

@Whoopsies! Thank you, it's peaceful to know that it's not always right. Just feel like I'm broken because everyone I know had their babies with no effort or as a result of drunken one night stands. Im in a loving relationship and we both want children and it isn't happening as soon as I would have hoped. As you say, everyone is different. Thank you again Smile
