7DPO progesterone test

The result was 29. Does anyone know if this is ok?

It's meant to be over 30 to 100% confirm ovulation but it's near as damn it, I wouldn't be concerned about that because anything over 20 suggests you did ovulate and you may have caught it on the way up or down past 30

I had a 7dpo progesterone test the month before I got pregnant and it was only 21 but I temped and had a clear temp shift so pretty sure I did and I obviously did at least some months given that I got pregnant the next month

I had the test on Tuesday and it was 29 and three days later I’m bleeding already. That must have been some progesterone crash!

Could you have ovulated earlier? That would explain why you started bleeding 3 days later and why it was 29 if you caught it on the way down

Was it done on CD21? Very few people seem to ovulate exactly on day 14 but my doctor always seemed adamant that it needed to be done then rather than 7dpo which was usually CD23 for me

It was done on day 27. I had a positive OPK on day 19 and a clear temp rise on day 20 so pretty confident of ov date. Must just be a weird cycle..
