Hi I am new to this and this is my first post so I apologise in advance!

Me and my partner have decided it’s time to add a baby to our relationship. I am having my implant out on Monday.

Does anyone have any advice on what my next steps should be when I have come off the implant? Eg vitamins, checking my cycle etc?

I don’t want to get too focused and stress to much about falling pregnant as I believe it will happen when it’s supposed to but anything I can do to make it a healthy one would be fantastic.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance Smile x

Yes and yes. Vitamins - folic acid as a minimum, but you can also get broader conception vitamins. There are also male ones that your partner can take.

Checking your cycle - start paying attention to when you ovulate, whether it's at the same point for you each cycle or if it varies. You can use tests for this (cheap on Amazon) but there are also biological signs (basal body temp and EWCM, if you want to read up on them)
