2nd day LH Surge?

Hello

I am really confused short background I had a confirmed MC on 30th September and had ERPC on 4th October had first AF on 10th Nov.

I am CD26 and since yesterday been getting very positive OPKs done another this morning expecting it to be negative and it's still positive photo attached.

How long can a LH surge it will be 24 hours since my first positive about 9am? Worried my body's not sure what it's doing and really want to conceive again 😥

This picture explains quite well why you can have longer periods of positive tests, but still only have one peak and one ovulation
