Tried to conceive actively for over 3 years. Now 7 weeks pregnant. BFP CREW!
I found it so hard due to previous medical conditions.
I thought I would post a few of my own tips I found useful while TTC and now I have my BFP!
I tried PREGNACARE for 6 weeks and didn't get my BFP
I started SEVENSEAS 11 weeks ago(straight after finished pregnacare) and got my BFP! I am convinced they supported me TTC!
I took sevenseas even when on period!
I stopped smoking! (Only 4 months ago)
I drank soya milk instead of cows milk
I ate a lot more calcium than I used too!
I took OPK to support me ovulating!
I didn't drink alcohol the past 3 months, I believe that also helped me get my BFP recently!
I didn't get bubble baths(I used too every single night!)
I got 10 hours sleep a night (I used to survive on 5 hours a night)
Me and partner only DTD when ovulating and Just before(hard I know but we wanted to save all his goodies)
These won't help for anyone but if you're actively TTC you might want to try one of my successful tips- see if they work for you!
