Af due tomorrow light spotting today so it will arrive early morning 😢 onto cycle 12 for me, so here's my stats.

Af brought on my provera cycle 10 after 142 days

Ttc number 2
recently diagnosed with PcOS
🤞 for actual clear ovulation this month

af due 4th January going by old cycles.

Im 9dpo today. Trying to stop myself frpm buying frer, as im not feeling confident this month. Telling myself will be waste of money.

Ive got clear blue digital at home. Is it too early to use that?

9DPO today I'm feeling a few symptoms,,, sore boobs, cramping, and very emotional... going to take a test today off to the shop now to get a FR ... have a feeling it's too early but doing it anyway fingers crossed for me 🤞🏼

Lil help here... if I had a bright positive opk test yesterday and today it's like this (pic attached) when do i ovulate or have I ovulated already?? #confused #help #thankyou

Thank you !! And @Farhana170 my friend kept getting positives on opk test and she was pregnant, they pick pregnancy hormone up too, how many DPO are you?

Any advice please?

@Ashleigh95 its positive but its not January yet so you have to wait a few days to share 🤪😂😂

@Farhana170 looks like you ovulated yesterday if it was darker yesterday! You only get a very short window to see ovulation on an opk the hormone soon starts to drop back down x

@MrsCatKins congratulations!!! You've now convinced me to get a FRER because my 8DPO is DH 30th birthday and it would be so cool if I found out that day! I feel pretty relaxed tbh about it all - if it's negative I've still got a great day planned!!

@123namechang so does a peak opk mean your ovulating then? I thought that was the L hormone peaking and then you ovulate after? Yes? No?

I think if it peaks you ovulate 12 -36 hours after? But what if it's just mean positive for 2 days like mine?

Can I join? I’ve just come off the pill to start trying for our first baby. Having PCOS my periods have always been a bit loopy so, couple that with having been on the pill, goodness only knows what my cycle will have in store. I think I’ll try temping and see if I can at least identify afterwards if/when I ovulate :)

@TrashKitten10 welcome!! Yes temping would be a great start to get to know your cycles better!
@Farhana170 you ovulate 12-36 hours after the peak of LH (which is what most OPKs measure). You may find your OPKs are "positive" for a day or two but that might be because you catch it on the way up and the way down. E.g I had a positive OPK on Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon but it was very dark on Saturday night in between. My temp confirmed I ovulated on Monday which is about right.

Im now 5DPO, AF due next Friday! Not sure if this will be my cycle but we shall see!

I had a positive OPK last Saturday & Sunday and then negative on the Monday so I assume I ovulated over the weekend!
