Could I have help with BBT chart please?

Hi could anyone help me determine when I've ovulated this month? My other charting app has put it as CD15, but with the temp rise and positive OPK both falling on CD13 I'm confused! The temp rise on CD13 was taken at 0715 and the OPK was negative in the morning and turned positive about 1230. Thanks x

Hi lavender!
OPKs detect the LH surge as your body prepares to ovulate. So ovulation normally occurs around 2 days after your positive OPK.
Your bbt should rise for 3 consecutive days after ovulation. Keep an eye on your chart for the next few days.
So your other app is probably right about CD15.
