BFP and BFN on same day, please help

Hello, I’m 39 and TTC no 2, cycle 8. I’m on DPO15. My period came 2 days early, and stopped abruptly after 2 days, and I now have v light pink staining. I took a Tesco test this morning which came up positive after 15 minutes, then did another Tesco one and a FRER this afternoon which are both negative - please see photos. Is there any chance that I could be pregnant or does the positive one look like an evap line? Please help!

I should add, my period was light day 1 and normal flow the next, enough to change a tampon every 4 hours (sorry TMI). It’s v unusual for it to have stopped after 2 days. I have heard that the Tesco tests are a bit unreliable though

I think I can see a hint of something on that frer.

If I were you, I'd do another frer in the morning. It could just be that it's diluted as the day has gone on.

Well, 2 days later I’ve tried FRER and IC but all BFN . It looks like the Tesco one showed a false positive, I won’t be buying those again

Thanks. I think the “implantation bleed” I had was just an unusually light and short period
