Excruciating trapped wind 7DPO?

Omg I've been in agony all day. Is this a sign or early pregnancy? 7DPO

When I was 6weeks pregnant I was rushed to hospital because I was in agony, they gave me an early scan and done loads of tests-turned out to be trapped wind 😬 maybe you should do a test!x
