Just got my first ever BFP!!!!

Hi everyone, I'm over the moon!!!

I just got my first ever BFP, using the First Response 6 days early tests. I'm due on in 2 days and have been obsessively testing with some 10 MIU strip tests I bought on eBay. Every single one has come back negative (and I'm talking 1 a day for the past 2 weeks, every morning haha), but I just knew.

I almost fainted on my ovulation day, which has never ever happened to me before (I mean genuinely the world went black for about 6 seconds, but I didn't actually faint), I've had WAY more CM than I ever had before, my boobs have been a bit sore on and off (again, I never get that during O or when I'm on) and I had a metallic taste in my mouth for about a week, although that's gone now.

The test couldn't be wrong, could it? It's definitely positive, two very clear lines, but I'm concerned that other tests have given me so many negatives.

What do I do now? I've been so focused on getting my positive, I haven't really looked into what I do now! I'm guessing I make a doctor's appointment, right?

Any advice would be amazing!

I would say a positive is a positive! You're much more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. I would make a drs appointment to get the ball rolling for prenatal care etc.

Yey congratulations! Make sure you're taking vitamins with folic acid if you're not already. No need to make a doctors appointment just call and ask for the midwife referal number to book in for about 4 weeks time.
