Missed period but not pregnant

I’m over a week late for period and have had 3 BFNs. I don’t feel pregnant anyway so going with that now rather than tell myself I’ve taken 3 faulty tests and get my hopes up once again. I have a scheduled phone call from my doctor next week to discuss. I am just wondering what happens now as I am meant to be approaching my fertile window according to my ovia app yet I’ve had no period. How does that work? Has anyone experienced this and had period at a later date? Do you have to have your period before ovulation?( sorry still trying to get my head around it) It’s very confusing! I had a mmc in July and I’m still coming to terms with the fact it’s only been 4 months after and my body is still emotionally and mentally dealing with everything that happened despite having 2 normal cycles already. Any advice on missed periods with no BFP would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks ladies 💕

I’ve posted so much about this recently and done about 7357 hours of googling so totally know how you feel...anyway AF showed up yesterday on CD47 so just under 3 weeks late! Never happened before.
Sometimes your body just f*s up for no reason whatsoever.

In terms of advice on what to do next, I was planning on waiting until CD60 (so when I had missed the 2nd period) to see a Dr but it didn’t get to that point. Keep looking out for O signs though and BD whenever you get even the slightest symptom like fertile CM or whatever your personal O symptoms are JUST in case.

I heard that iron was good to bring on a period so yesterday I took one of those Spatone liquid iron sachets diluted in orange juice in the morning and what do you know...she arrived that afternoon. Pure fluke or not...I will never know! But worth a shot if you just want to get on with next cycle!

Hi, I’m in a similar boat - MC end of October, I used OPKs this month and ovulated Nov 12 so expected AF by yesterday latest and still nothing. It’s driving me crazy! I have quite sore back pain today too along with sore boobs. My AF is never late so i’m worried my cycles a bit messed up!

I'm now 9 days late had af cramps for the past 2 weeks at least loads of neg tests so I know I'm not pregnant I just want my period now 😒
