Count low. Abnormals a little high.

How long have you been ttc?

What lifestyle changes has your oh made to try to improve these results?

TTC 6 months, Life style has always been good, don't drink or smoke, weight ok, eat well. I just wondered with these figures if there was even a chance of conception? or just get on with alternatives IVF etc.. Thanks

Hi @ianblack my DH had results slightly better than this and we have been referred for ICSI
I'd get another result done in about three months time and see if they're still similar.
You're still quite early into you're TTC journey though.

The counts are really low:

low sperm count diagnosis and treatment

Normal sperm densities range from 15 million to greater than 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculate.

Wasn't this discussed with you by whomever was performing the tests?
